How to find your driver at Schiphol
Flight landed?
We track your flight. You don't need to tell us anything if you gave a flight number.
Wait for a message
Your driver sends you a message with their name and the car's licence plate.
Walk to arrivals
Take your time with your luggage. Your driver waits at the agreed spot in the arrivals hall.

Ordering
What details do I need to book?
A pickup address with house number, your name, email and mobile number. A flight number is optional but useful for airport pickups.
How far ahead do I need to book?
You can book online up to 2 hours before departure (configurable). Need a ride sooner? Call us and we'll see what we can do.
Do I get a confirmation?
Yes. Right after payment you see your booking reference and a personal link to view or cancel your trip.
Prices & payment
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. You pay the price you see when booking, not what a meter would show. In this demo the amounts are example values.
How can I pay?
Online with iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. Paying cash in the car is not possible. (In this demo the payment is simulated.)
Do I pay per passenger?
No. You pay per trip. With more than three people you choose a van.
Luggage & special requests
How much luggage fits?
A sedan takes around four suitcases. With more luggage, the van is the safest choice.
I have a golf bag, bike or pram
Choose 'Special items' under luggage. We then only offer vehicles that can take it.
Can I get a child seat or bring a wheelchair?
Mention it in your notes or call us beforehand and we'll arrange it.
